JCPL on Facebook

Are you a fan of Facebook? If so, then be sure to check out the Jasper County Public Library's Facebook page. This is the latest step the library is taking to meet our users where they hang out online and to use the services you use to let you know about our upcoming events and services.

To find the Library’s Facebook page, just login to Facebook and type “Jasper County Public Library” in the search box. You can become a fan, leave a comment, or just check out library information posted just for you. We’ll see you there!

Digital TV - this time they mean it

As of today, the government says those converter boxes you were asked to buy last year will be absolutely necessary for households that still get television reception through an antenna.

According to the usa.gov site about Digital Television (DTV), coupons are still available for eligible households.

It typically takes nine business days to process and mail the coupons, and they will expire within 90 days of the date they are mailed. You should also call ahead to confirm availability of coupon-eligible converter boxes on the day you plan to shop.
